Mary Lynne Fernandez is the founder of Tools 4 Teens Life Coaching. She is a Certified Life Coach from Coach Training Alliance and has completed the Parent as Coach Approach momentum course with Diana Sterling. She also is a Certified Passion Test Facilitator for Adults, Kids & Teens, and Business, trained personally by Janet Bray Attwood. In December, 2010, she contributed to the making of The Passion Test for Kids & Teens program. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation. She has a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Colorado at Denver and nine years experience as a teacher at the middle and elementary level. She has coached middle school soccer, track, and volleyball. She also speaks Spanish, has volunteered for Intercambio de Comunidades, Dress for Success, and was an Americorps member in Denver, Colorado.

All beings have what they need inside them. When we connect with our hearts, listen to ourselves, ignore negative chatter from our own “little gremlin” and the outside world, we then start to live the life that we are meant to live. We begin to RADIATE from our hearts. We all are born whole and healthy and have our own magnificence – we just need to LET IT SHINE!

 When teens identify their strengths, realize their full potential and learn to like themselves, they then have the power to BE their vision.

Mary Lynne wants to make a difference in the world, starting with kids. She believes that kids are our priority and our future. She inspires teens to BE their vision. She also offers programs to empower adults that touch the lives of kids – specializing in parents, families and schools.

Parents and teachers are role models for kids. When parents and teachers are living passionately and making life choices that make them happy, they are modeling that lifestyle for the kids that surround them.

How powerful is it just to be happy? To share enthusiasm for life with those around you? Kids emulate what they see. They learn from adults just by watching.

At Tools 4 Teens Life Coaching, we work with people that are healthy and whole. We support our clients individually and in a group setting. Coaching is in person or over the phone.

What is Coaching?

Coaching:
• Works with a person’s present and seeks to guide them into a more desirable future
• Is a co-creative relationship – coaches support clients in discovering their own answers
• Stands with their clients and supports them in identifying challenges and obstacles, then works with them to turn those challenges into victories
• Holds their clients accountable to reach their desired goals
• Is a developmental model that assumes that the client already has the seeds of their own magnificence
• Is a professional contractual relationship of equals

Coaching is not therapy
Tools 4 Teens does not offer therapy. If needed, Mary Lynne can recommend a therapist for you.
